Honestly, i am starting to seriously HATE ang mohs...

my bloody landlord has decided to sell the damn place and he refuses to sign a new lease with me. He said i could stay there for as long as possible and that i will be provided with plenty of time to move in the event that the place has been bought. Right...

what happens if they place gets sold while i am back in Singapore? i have to bloody hell cut short my precious holidays and fly back to search for a place and move? no way in hell am i going to allow myself to be in such a position.

thanks to Esther aka my lucky star, weapos;ve found a new place in record time. (: the first day we went to look for new places, we managed to get ourselves one. How blessed we are iapos;ve never found a place so quickly before and iapos;ve moved more than 5 times

thank God we met this nice taiwanese real estate agent. She said she preferred females and chinese haha :P its hard trying to find a place as students here in sydney. Most real estate agents and owners dislike renting it out to students in fear that we might wreck the place and not pay rent.

so Esther and I went down to the agency yesterday to sign the contract and made the neccessay changes to the contracts and made known our requests. Went over to the new pace and measured some stuff. Pray that the fridge is able to fit into the frame. Please pray for me :P

moving nxt monday so we have to start packing asap. Everyone is so busy though. Iapos;ve got presentation on thursday and i ahve yet to finish reading all the related articles. I am so dead.

anyway, on to happier things. ZC is coming over to syd real soon :D yay i canapos;t wait he is gonna help with unpacking and the cooking. Hehe. :P i love this sweet guy of mine. (: haha yes, he is my prince charming and knight in shiny armour. ;)
